MR. THINLEY DORJI (CHAIRPERSON OF THE BOARD) - DMD KUENSEL


Mr.Thinley Dorji has been working with Kuensel cooperations for 15 years and he is the Deputy Managing Director of Kuensel. After obtaining B.com Honors from Sherubtse College, kanglung and Post Graduate certificate in Financial Management from Royal Institute of Management, Semtokha. He pursued his post graduate diploma in Business Administration from School of technology and management, London and Maters of Business Administration from University of East London.

DASHO PEM TSHEWANG - SECRETARY LAND COMMISSION


Dasho obtained his Bachelor of Art from Sherubtse College in 1990 and later received his Masters in Economics of Development from Austrailian National University, Canberra, Australia. Prior to joining land Commission, he was the Zimpon Wom with His Majestys Secretariat. Dasho has in-depth Knowledge and understanding of developmental issues in the country.

SHINGKHAR LAMA NGODUP DORJI - GENERAL SECRETARY,ATI FOUNDATION


Lama Ngodup Dorji is the 15th generation of Shingkhar Lama at Shingkhar Dechenling under Bumthang District which is considered as one of the Eight Lings established by Omniscient Longchenpa in Bhutan. He holds a Masters Degree in Buddhist Philosophy from Ngagyur Nyingma Institute, Mysore, India and he has taught in DeSisto School, The Berkshires, Massachusetts, USA for number of years. He is also a member with the Global Fund Country coordinating Mechanism in Bhutan.

MR. DECHEN DORJI - COUNTRY DIRECTOR WWF


Mr .Dechen Dorji is currently the Country Representative for the WWF program in Bhutan. Prior to Joining the WWF, he served as policy researcher and Professional Assistant to His Majesty the King. He has a Masters degree in Environmental Studies from Yale University and an Undergraduate degree in Forestry from University of Wales, UK. Mr . Dorji has worked for close to 7 years in Eastern Bhutan managing regional forestry and agriculture development project funded by the World Bank and IFAD. He is also the founding Director of the Ugyen Wangchuck Institute for Conservation and Environment located in lamegompa, Bumthang, where he worked for close to 4 years establishing the Institute in commemoration of the Centenary Celebrations of our Monarchy. Besides his professional portfolio, he actively engages in several charitable programs and takes keen interest in engaging with Youth issues and promoting activities of various civil society organizations in the country.

MR. CHENCHO TSHERING - CEO OF BHUTAN YUDEN TOUR


Mr.Chencho Tshering is from Shaba in Paro and has worked in the Bhutanese media for 23 years. He has a journalistic background and has studied printing and production at the London College of Printing in the UK. Prior to establishing the tour company, he has been the Managing Director for the National Newspaper, Kuensel. He has an extensive wealth of knowledge and experience in media and social issue in Bhutan.

Mr.SONAM WANGDI - PROGRAM MANAGER NACP MINISTRY OF HEALTH


Mr.Sonam Wangdi is Program Manager of the Ministry of Health. He has served about 10 years in the MoH. He did Masters in Public Health from Thailand. In the National AIDS Control Program, he has contributed largely with his experience implementation of programs and activities



MRS. TSHERIN PEM - PEER COUNSELLOR AT THE KESHET FOUNDATION

Tshering Pem did her schooling from Dr .Graham's Homes in Kalimpong (West Bengal) India and from Kolkata. She has worked with Bhutan Narcotic Control Agency for a year and with Treatment and Rehabilitation Centre for Drug and Alcohol Dependence (Serbithang) for four years as a Peer-Counselor for the Female Interim Rehabilitation Centre and a year with Lhak-Sam Organization on a contract basis for Asia Pacific Network from Bangkok.
